I have been going to this station for at least 10 years. The attendants are always very courteous and timely in getting me in and out within a few minutes.
I have 5 cars I get inspected there every year
I would appreciate a coupon for each of the remaining 4 cars I have to have inspected this year.

I make my ENTIRE family go to this station because it's the quickest one with the cheapest rate. You wouldn't believe how long it takes other stations to complete a simple emission on my car. It's almost like dry cleaning, you just drop off your car and the nice man does everything for you. You wait like 15 minutes then you're done.

Your stations are always clean and your staff is personable and friendly. Another plus is the fact that Dekra accepts all major credit cards. I got lucky this year and didn't have to wait in line. I honestly can't think of an improvement to recommed this year. Keep up the great work!

I have used this DEKRA location for the past 3 or 4 years. The service has always been courteous, professional, and fast. The first few years American Express credit cards were not accepted as a form of payment, but now that they are I can not think of any reasonable way to improve the service.

The person who was on duty Eric Depatie, was businesslike, personable, prompt, and courteous. He was a cut above the usual type of person on duty in emissions stations. The station was clean, organized. I will definitely go back again.

This was certainly the nicest emissions test center I've visited (not inside of a large aluminun shed). The test was completed within a few minutes and I was ready to go.

Everything was great. I didn't have to wait. It was quick. The AC worked in the little waiting room and there was a big fan running outside if I wanted to stand outside. The man who did the inspection was nice and wished me a good day. Couldn't have been better. Thanks!!

I go to this station, which is way out of my way, because of the trust that it will be done correctly and I do not have to worry about getting ripped off. I have 4 vehicles and always take all of them here every year.

I have been going to this location for several years. The same inspector has been working there for a while and he does a great job. I’ve been to other emissions testing centers in the past and some of those places do not know what they are doing. I’ve been burned at other testing centers so we will only use this one for our families automobiles. Keep up the good work!

The inspector running the machine explained everything in detail and gave me detailed answers to questions I had pertaining to my car. My car did not pass, so I will have to retake the test again after having work done, but I wasn’t upset because of the way your rep answered my questions. I will be taking 2 other cars there this week.

Your Dekra locations always do a great job. Very fast and convenient. I like having a place to sit and get a cup of coffee - although the service has been so fast I rarely get a chance to finish my coffee. I have 3 vehicles that all need emissions testing on the same date and having 2 Dekra locations very close to my home makes using your services a no brainer.

I have been using this location for years and have always had informed and friendly service. Just this past visit the representative informed me that if I drive less than 5000 miles and am a senior citizen that I don’t have to get a emissions test. Now that’s customer service, he is informing me of the law and it would actually cost him business. But I will refer my family and friends and he will get more benefit from his honest informative answers. Give him a raise! JW

I have been going to the same emissions station for the last 4 or 5 years. As well as I remember, the same attendant has worked there and is very friendly and efficient. I am a single women and feel really comfortable with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of the attendant at this location.

I was very pleased with the time it took for your inspector to perform the test. He explained what he was doing and this is the first time ANYONE has ever explained the test procedure. He was polite and very efficient. I will come to this station next year and recommend DEKRA to all my friends, relatives and neighbors.
